Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers, running the register, and providing exceptional customer care
  • Selling products to customers, making purchase suggestions, and working with our food program
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to high standards for store appearance
  • Interacting with customers daily, providing fast and friendly service, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Working collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring seamless customer service

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a retail environment with a strong focus on customer service
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship building
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience working with technology, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with the ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with the ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
  • Climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs, with the ability to work at heights safely
