Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and produce multimedia content, including videos, motion graphics, presentations, and digital assets
• Design visually compelling materials for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, events, and internal communications
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams to translate ideas into engaging visual content
• Manage projects from concept through final delivery while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Support video production tasks, including filming, editing, sound syncing, and post-production
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials and communication channels
• Optimize multimedia content for various platforms, including web, mobile, and social media
• Organize and manage digital assets, files, and production libraries
• Stay current on design trends, multimedia tools, and emerging content formats

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Video Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• 4+ years of experience in multimedia production, graphic design, video editing, or related creative work
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and InDesign
• Experience creating content for digital marketing and social media platforms
• Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia, video, and design work
• Excellent visual storytelling, design, and editing skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with photography, videography, or animation
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, email marketing assets, and web content production
• Understanding of branding, content strategy, and audience engagement
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency, in-house marketing, or creative environment
