The Web Developer at the Data Solutions Team plays a key role in driving innovation and improving our operations through technology. We’re looking for a passionate and innovative professional who shares an immediate connection with MEDLIFE’s mission and vision. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and developing smart, data-driven, and AI-powered solutions that improve our operations and empower our teams to make a greater impact.

Your day-to-day will involve building software integrations, developing automation, optimizing data workflows, and leveraging emerging AI technologies to solve complex problems. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where technology can streamline processes and unlock new ways to serve the communities we work with.

What will your day to day look like?

• Design, develop, and maintain backend and web solutions to strengthen MEDLIFEs internal systems and data workflows.

• Build and integrate AI-powered tools using APIs such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, or similar technologies.

• Develop automation workflows and data-driven solutions to improve reporting, analytics, and decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Technology, etc.) to identify optimization opportunities.

• Build and maintain scalable integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms.

• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance across all solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and support for AI, data, and software initiatives.

• Research and test emerging technologies to continuously evolve MEDLIFEs digital ecosystem.
