Paid Social Creative & Media Buying Specialist (D2C E‑Commerce, Meta Focused)

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a skilled Paid Social Specialist with strong creative and media-buying experience specifically within D2C e‑commerce. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently step into an existing structure, operate with minimal supervision, and relieve pressure on senior team members by bringing hands-on expertise and strategic insight. The ideal candidate has deep experience managing and optimising Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad accounts for D2C brands, combined with the ability to develop performance-led creatives that drive results.Key Responsibilities: 1. Paid Social Creative (Meta-Focused)
  • Develop, iterate, and optimise performance-driven creative assets for Meta campaigns.
  • Analyse creative performance data to identify trends, insights, and next steps.
  • Contribute to creative strategy - not just execution- by presenting ideas grounded in performance metrics.
  • Brief UGC creators and manage content delivery pipelines where needed.
  • Work confidently across:
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Canva
  • Internal AI creative tools
  • Maintain a strong understanding of winning creative formats for D2C brands (UGC, testimonials, hooks, etc.).
2. Paid Social / Media Buying Support (D2C-Focused)
  • Hands-on management of Meta ad accounts for D2C e‑commerce brands.
  • Full campaign setup, including audience selection, ad structuring, tracking considerations, and naming conventions.
  • Daily/weekly optimisation of campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, MER, and other performance KPIs.
  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis and report learnings clearly to the team.
  • Contribute meaningfully to broader strategy discussions.
  • Operate seamlessly within existing internal structures, SOPs, and workflows.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Meta ads for D2C e‑commerce brands (non-negotiable).
  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into creative or strategic recommendations.
  • Strong creative sensibility with a performance-first mindset.
  • Experience briefing and working with UGC creators.
  • Confidence navigating Adobe, Canva, and AI-based creative tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership immediately.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑driven approach.

  • Improved creative performance through continuous iteration and insight-led changes.
  • Smooth, confident management of Meta accounts with minimal supervision.
  • Consistent, reliable contribution to both tactical execution and strategic conversations.
