Google Ads Specialist (Digital Marketing Expert)

We are looking for a seasoned Google Ads Specialist & Digital Marketing Expert to join a growing in-house marketing department. About the Role As our Digital Marketing Expert, you will take ownership of our paid advertising ecosystem; including Google Ads and Meta Ads, while supporting broader marketing initiatives such as SEO, website updates, CRM workflows, and campaign strategy. You'll work closely with the internal marketing team to craft and execute innovative growth strategies that drive measurable ROI and scalable success. *Important to Note: This role is US hours, 10am to 6pm (GMT-7)* Key Responsibilities: • Build, manage, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting, YouTube) • Set up, monitor, and allocate budgets across Google and Meta Ads • Continuously analyze performance data and adjust strategy to maximize ROI • Develop data-backed growth initiatives across SEO, PPC, and social platforms • Support marketing team needs including:

• Website updates and landing page optimization
• CRM management and email marketing automation
• Lead generation funnel improvements

• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table • Collaborate with the team to strengthen overall brand presence and digital performance

Requirements

• A digital marketing specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience • Highly skilled in:

• PPC & Paid Media Strategy
• SEO & Organic Growth
• Social Media Marketing
• Email Marketing & Automation
• CRM Management

• Analytical, ROI-focused, and confident making decisions based on data • Creative and innovative - always testing new strategies and approaches • Entrepreneurial-minded, with a talent for spotting online growth opportunities • Actively engaged in the marketing community and committed to ongoing learning ​ Hardware Requirements:

• Own computer or laptop.
• ADSL/FIBRE internet line with a minimum of 50 Mbps.
• Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.
• Anti-virus installed.
• UPS/Back-up battery for load shedding
