SUMMARY OF THE FUNCTION/ROLE: Our client, a leading transportation company, is seeking a contractor to administer the JETDOCS WORKFLOW & TICKET SYSTEM that is being used by our client for their pre-job posting and approval workflow process. (Jetdocs, Inc). This is a long-term consulting position that is on-site in downtown NYC.   Jetdocs is designed to centralize internal recruitment requests and streamline workflow management, driving greater efficiency and collaboration across departments. The contractor would need to be a seasoned expert in the JETDOCS Application and will be responsible for all day-to-day administration requests from various agency groups on overseeing the application and all daily/weekly/monthly reporting activities. The contractor will also need to perform and serve as a Business Analyst and Functional Lead. This consultant will also be responsible for implementing new PeopleSoft modules, functionality, or enhancements and supporting existing modules currently in production   RESPONSIBILITIES: • Review and refine processes based on feedback from HRIS and end-users. • Perform detailed analysis, planning, and requirements definition for new PeopleSoft HCM functionality. • Develop functional architectures and models to meet evolving business requirements. • Conduct process improvement reviews, analyzing system functionality, operations, logistics, and personnel needs. • Map business processes to corresponding PeopleSoft functionalities. • Participate in testing of new functionalities, including end-to-end testing and system integration testing. • Write complex DML and DQL SQL scripts for database queries. • Run weekly reports / ad hoc (HQ Budget) • Troubleshooting • create job descriptions and templates to support the application • Prepare job aids and define site management roles for Jetdocs • Work on enhancements with Jetdocs External Team • Changes / Reconfiguration to job templates • Offer ad-hoc assistance for complex issues post-transition   QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: • Expert knowledge in JETDOCS Pro (Jetdocs Inc). • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Expert Proficiency with JETDOCS PRO Application • Minimum 10 years of functional and technical experience in PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 or higher. • Extensive experience with the following PeopleSoft modules: o Human Resources o Compensation o Position Management o Performance Management o Learning and Development o Benefits Administration o Talent Acquisition Management/Candidate Gateway o Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft self-service functions. • Proven track record of full lifecycle PeopleSoft implementations (design, build, configuration, testing, and deployment). • Familiarity with PeopleSoft Test Framework is a plus. • Ability to translate customer requirements into functional and technical designs. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, address, and escalate risks and issues. • Experience reviewing project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established standards. • 10+ years of experience in building moderate to complex PeopleSoft queries. • 10+ years of extensive experience writing DQL and DML SQL scripts. • Experience with state government projects is preferred.
