The CRM Data Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate and organized CRM data to support various teams within the company, ensuring high-quality data drives marketing strategies and insights.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain CRM records for projects, pursuits, clients, partners, and employees
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing records with project and marketing teams
• Maintain consistent formatting, naming conventions, and supporting documentation in the CRM
• Track and resolve missing or incomplete data by coordinating with internal team members
• Assist with routine data audits, cleanup initiatives, and ongoing data quality improvements
• Run standard CRM reports and prepare data for Marketing and Business Development review
• Support recurring reporting schedules and updates
• Follow established CRM standards, workflows, and procedures; help document processes as needed
• Respond to routine CRM data requests and inquiries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project and pursuit information
• Participate in CRM and process-related training

Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, marketing coordination, or a related role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with structured data
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to follow defined processes and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently or collaboratively
• Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and best practices
• Exposure to CRM systems (Deltek or similar) preferred
• Experience in professional services (AEC, consulting, etc.) preferred
• Interest in marketing operations, business development, or data management preferred
