ClarkLindsey is seeking a highly driven, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role involves executing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, producing creative content, and analyzing performance metrics to support the mission of inspiring older adults to live their best lives.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and promotion for events and community initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing needs across departments
  • Assist with marketing strategy implementation across Lindsey Communities brands
  • Track marketing metrics and campaign performance
  • Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve engagement and results
  • Prepare marketing performance reports and recommendations
  • Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule to increase visibility and engagement
  • Execute and monitor Google Ads and paid social campaigns
  • Create engaging content for websites and social media channels
  • Design graphics and visual assets such as flyers, social media posts, ads, and infographics
  • Capture and edit photography and video content from events, programs, and campus life

Skills

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 12 years of experience in marketing or social media management
  • Strong writing, editing, and design skills
  • Experience with social platforms and Adobe Creative Cloud/Canva
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
