Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages as required); proficiency in additional languages a plus
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in resolving customer issues
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
