Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving inbound calls and placing outbound calls to existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and schedule maintenance
  • Identifying the reason for the customer's call, qualifying the customer, collecting relevant information, and scheduling service work appointments
  • Making daily outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on quotes and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Referencing premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Upselling products and services when appropriate to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Utilizing best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
  • Documenting all customer interactions to ensure accurate record-keeping and to improve future interactions
  • Assigning and dispatching technicians to customers' locations to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Communicating with customers via email to provide updates and resolve issues
  • Participating in rotating on-call duties to ensure 24/7 customer support

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Understanding of active listening techniques to ensure accurate understanding of customer needs
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs, such as Service Titan (experience a plus, but we will provide training)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to effectively manage customer data and communicate with colleagues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet customer needs and deadlines
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines
