Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a first shift, working 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for processing incoming, outgoing, and internal retirement account transfers, providing value-add recommendations to increase operational efficiencies, and collaborating with internal partners to deliver timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issues.

Responsibilities

* Process incoming, outgoing, and internal retirement account transfers with high accuracy and attention to detail

  • Provide value-add recommendations to increase operational efficiencies and improve client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issues
  • Promote client retention and identify opportunities to build existing relationships through timely and accurate transfer processing and service quality
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience working with Third Party Administrators (TPA's) and Independent Record-Keepers or Advisors

  • Excellent operational, organizational, and follow-up skills with the ability to manage and process complex operational work
  • Customer contact skills, along with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing

* Experience working in the financial services industry

  • Knowledge of data processing and management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $19.5 - $20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution.
