Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Advertising shipping containers via Facebook Marketplace and generating leads using our user-friendly software
  • Responding to customers via chat, following up with them, and encouraging them to place an order
  • Closing sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborating with our closers to ensure a seamless sales process
