Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Sales Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Advertising shipping containers via Facebook Marketplace and generating leads using our user-friendly software
- Responding to customers via chat, following up with them, and encouraging them to place an order
- Closing sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborating with our closers to ensure a seamless sales process
