Job Summary

As a part-time remote data entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our order fulfillment process. You'll be responsible for selecting, packing, and shipping orders, as well as troubleshooting problems and ensuring product quality. Key Responsibilities

Some of your key duties may include:

• Receiving and putting away inventory in a timely and efficient manner
• Selecting and packing customer orders with precision and care
• Loading boxes into trucks for shipment, ensuring accurate and secure delivery
• Using scanners to read bar codes on products, maintaining accurate inventory levels
• Viewing prompts on screens and following directions for tasks, ensuring seamless workflow
• Troubleshooting problems and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensuring product meets quality requirements, adhering to strict safety and quality standards
• Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and working at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)

Physical Demands

As a remote data entry specialist, you'll need to be able to:

• Lift up to 49 pounds, ensuring safe and efficient movement of inventory
• Push utility carts up to 60 pounds, maintaining a safe and organized workspace
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts, adapting to changing work environments
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, ensuring efficient workflow
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable), navigating varying work environments
• Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable), adhering to strict safety standards

We also provide hearing protection if needed, ensuring a comfortable and safe work environment.
