Key Responsibilities

• Assemble analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to the operations and decision-making for the sign-up and business item spaces
• Answer key business questions and provide analytical expertise on the different trade streams to improve the customer experience and increase conversions
• Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products
• Use data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Utilize descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behaviors and have an impact across the business

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements, to a meaningful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a tangible business outcome
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners. Ability to present to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field
• Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Experience with marketing landing pages, join funnel, and business spaces
• Ability to identify and properly escalate issues to management
• Consulting background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
• Strong motivation and ability to work independently
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Sense of humor
