Job Overview

In this full-time role, you'll provide multi-channel support (email, chat, and phone) to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving technical issues related to our products, systems, and processes. Your goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction leaves them feeling valued, understood, and confident in their choice to trust arenaflex. You'll work collaboratively with external teams to resolve complex issues, providing clear and empathetic communication to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers via email, chat, and phone, providing technical assistance and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Guide customers through questions about arenaflex's products, systems, and processes, ensuring transparency and clarity
  • Troubleshoot issues related to the website, app, and in-car software, providing step-by-step solutions to resolve technical problems
  • Collaborate with external teams, such as technical support and product development, to resolve customer issues that require additional assistance
  • Ensure every customer interaction leaves them feeling valued and understood, aligning yourself with their needs and conveying complex information in an accessible way
  • Provide clear and empathetic communication to customers, especially in conflict situations, to de-escalate issues and provide resolutions
  • Maintain strict adherence to the assigned schedule and manage high-volume inbound calls, ensuring efficient use of time and resources

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years or older
  • Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Able to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Able to work a full-time work week of 32-40 hours, with overtime opportunities as needed
  • Able to maintain 100% strict adherence to the assigned schedule
  • Strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of expertise in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Courteous and friendly with a high level of professionalism, willing to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Strong time management and ability to multitask applications while talking to customers on the phone
  • 1 - 3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:

  • Previous work from home experience, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Prior experience with email and chat support, with a strong understanding of customer support software and systems
  • Prior experience using customer support/relationship management software or similar systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Prior experience with automotive customer support/service/success, with a passion for automotive topics and electric vehicles
