The Role

As a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and email. You will be responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
• Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
• Collaborating with our team to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to our clients

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be:

• Fluent in Danish and have a good command of English
• Flexible and dynamic, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
• Proficient in using technology and software applications to manage customer interactions and data
