Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
• Utilizing your analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow
• Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security protocols
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a health care or health insurance environment

• Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
• Data entry and/or typing experience
• Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft suite
• Detail-oriented

Preferred Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree

• 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
• 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
