Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) integration to join our team. As an IAM Integration Specialist, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and more. Key Responsibilities
As an IAM Integration Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and more
- Implementing SailPoint integration with a strong focus on IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance
- Experience with JML events, custom/ OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
- Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
- Troubleshooting IAM solution in an enterprise environment
- Collaborating with international-class software and platform teams to design software integrations that fit a scalable, agile shape
What You'll Contribute
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies
- Strong experience with exchange deployment/ release management experience
- A tremendous mindset and a passion for innovation and collaboration
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field

Minimal Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimal qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related field at a technology, retail, or data-driven company
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related field at a technology, retail, or data-driven company
- Strong experience with SailPoint implementation and IAM domain best practices
- Experience with JML events, custom/ OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
- Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
