  • Collaborate with Product, Business Intelligence, Hardware, and Data Science teams to gain a deep understanding of product usage, customer behaviors, and pain points impacting retention.
  • Leverage data and customer insights to identify opportunities and propose communications that improve the arenaflex customer experience, acting as the voice of the customer.
  • Design, test, track, and measure the impact of retention initiatives on key metrics, such as device health, subscription renewals, and user engagement.
  • Communicate campaign performance and recommendations to leadership, informing future retention strategies and driving business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer retention, continuously improving arenaflex's approach to customer loyalty and engagement.

A Day in the Life

As a Product Manager at arenaflex, each day brings new opportunities to impact our customers and drive retention. Your day may start with reviewing customer feedback and product usage data to identify friction points, followed by collaboration with the product team to develop targeted email campaigns to reengage lapsed users. Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery and feature delivery, including tradeoffs and decision-making.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer engagement.
  • Experience owning technology products and working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders, with a proven ability to collaborate and drive results.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Base salary, with a range of $124,500/year to $206,000/year, depending on location and experience.
