Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our team at the arenaflex Centurion Lounge, located in the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. As the face of arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering superior service to our Card Members, acting as an ambassador of the brand. You will work as part of a cohesive team to excite our customers and deliver on the brand promise. Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a warm and personalized experience
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, resolving any issues or concerns in a proactive and innovative way
  • Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultation, and minimal reservation assistance
  • Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment, relying on each other to deliver exceptional service
  • Make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing the Card Member's experience in all interactions
  • Utilize multiple technology platforms with ease, providing assistance in a face-to-face customer environment

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred, including reservation experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment, being resilient and resourceful in the face of challenges

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $20.00 to $22.12 hourly, plus bonus and benefits. Our benefits package includes:
