Experienced Full Stack Enterprise Customer Engineer – Cloud AI Infrastructure Optimization

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Enterprise Customer Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our top customers to help them understand and incorporate AI accelerators into their overall cloud strategy. You'll be responsible for recommending migration paths, integration techniques, and application architectures that leverage Google Cloud AI-optimized infrastructure. Your expertise will help our customers unlock the full potential of AI and machine learning, driving business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and assess large-scale AI opportunities that can benefit from AI-optimized infrastructure

• Help customers leverage accelerators within their overall cloud strategy by running benchmarks for current models, finding opportunities to use accelerators for new models, developing migration paths, and assisting with research fees to optimize performance
• Work closely with internal Cloud AI teams to remove roadblocks and shape the future of services
• Collaborate with customers to understand their AI and machine learning needs, providing guidance on how to integrate Google Cloud AI-optimized infrastructure into their overall cloud strategy
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level executives and technical decision-makers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, applying this knowledge to help customers achieve their business goals

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, with a focus on AI and machine learning
• Experience building and operationalizing machine learning models, including training, deployment, and optimization
• Proven ability to deliver technical presentations and lead detailed discovery and planning sessions with customers
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, including Google Cloud Platform, and experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch

Desired Qualifications

* Experience with education and fine-tuning large models (e.g., image, language, segmentation, recommendation, genomics) with accelerators

• Experience running MLPerf benchmarks and performance profiling tools (e.g., TensorFlow profiler, PyTorch profiler, TensorBoard)
• Experience with distributed training and optimization of machine learning models
• Ability to design and architect large-scale infrastructure farms for professional AI use cases
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decisions at the C-level or senior executive level

Compensation and Perks

The USA-based salary range for this full-time role is $125-$175 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-associated skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
