Job Summary

As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound telephone calls. You will be responsible for promoting digital self-service capabilities, taking ownership of customer needs, and building value for the arenaflex brand. If you have a background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, or a related field, and possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

* Promote digital self-service capabilities to enhance customer experience

  • Take ownership of customer needs, utilizing every touch point as an opportunity to build value and the arenaflex brand
  • Assist customers over the phone, providing empathetic and effective solutions
  • Learn insurance products and processes in a training environment
  • Commit to the training and work schedule, maintaining a dedicated workspace free from distractions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and improve processes

Qualifications

* A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, or a related field

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment while navigating multiple programs
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
  • Spanish bilingual a plus
