The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Experience Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing world-class service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving technical issues, upselling products and services, and exceeding customer expectations. Your goal will be to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers, building trust and loyalty through every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving technical issues and answering product-related questions

• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, meeting sales goals and targets
• Troubleshoot technical issues, using problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills, attending training sessions and workshops as needed
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, using metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement

What You'll Need

* High school diploma or equivalent

• 6 months of experience in customer service or sales
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High-speed internet connection available in your home
• Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues

• 6+ months of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
• Keen aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
• 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service role, not necessarily specific to call centers
• Enthusiastic and personable, with the ability to adapt and thrive in constant change
• Previous telecommunications experience
