Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer calls and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Utilizing various systems and tools to initiate and assist customers
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions
  • Making recommendations according to customer needs
  • Handling inquiries from customers related to billing, rate plans, features, and services
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer-impacting issues such as voice and data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements
  • Providing support for products and services offered by arenaflex
  • Assisting customers with products and services such as laptop connect services, including air cards, USB devices, initial set-up, and configuration of arenaflex-provided software and applications

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Work Environment

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be working from home, using your own computer and internet connection. You will need to have a dedicated workspace, with a desk, chair, and electrical outlet. You will also need to have a reliable internet connection, with upload and download speeds of at least 10 Mbps.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this role include:

  • Sitting or standing for long durations (e.g., 8 hours)
