Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with current and prospective customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing inquiries, providing information about our client's products, and offering assistance to ensure their needs are met.
  • Generating leads for the sales team to execute sales presentations to customers with the goal of enrolling them in our client's available services.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, concerns, or challenges promptly, escalating complex problems to appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Developing a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients, aiding in upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client interactions and needs.

Qualifications and Skills

Education
