Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be the face of our company, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders with precision. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service experiences through phone, email, and fax, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries

  • Process orders with precision, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle customer complaints and billing inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Skills and Abilities

* Organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks to meet deadlines and drive results

  • Perform 200 inbound and outbound calls per day, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Answer telephones and transmit messages with professionalism and courtesy
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues with precision
  • Perform quality work within deadlines, with or without direct supervision
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Classify and organize reports and tickets with attention to detail
  • Arrange items in alphanumeric or subject order, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Speak clearly and confidently, with excellent communication skills
  • Work independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and accountability
  • Plan, schedule, and organize work to meet deadlines and drive results
  • Maintain a positive work environment, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork
  • Ensure the quality of work as measured against established standards
  • Maintain confidentiality, handling sensitive customer information with discretion

Illustrative Duties

* Answer inbound calls for order delivery, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues

  • Perform outbound calls to customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Communicate with customers, providing informed responses to product and service inquiries
  • Key orders via numeric, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Process special delivery orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Process all fax orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Complete driver notes, ensuring accurate documentation and communication
  • Process late orders, credit, and complaint forms, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Research and compile information, providing informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Attend meetings and serve on temporary committees, as requested
  • Ensure office equipment is in working order, promoting a culture of efficiency and productivity
  • Attend assigned training sessions, staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
  • Perform additional duties and assignments, as requested

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional experiences

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of self-motivation and accountability
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving issues and driving business growth

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with a strong focus on cultural competence
