Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated customer care agents to support inbound and outbound customer service and sales projects for a wide variety of clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry, customer profiling, and issue resolution
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade and cross-sell products and services
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers, providing clear and concise information to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction
  • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with the managerial team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling, minimizing the need for follow-up calls and ensuring customer satisfaction

Candidate Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute). You must also have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and a basic understanding of Windows operating system. Prior contact center experience is not required, but experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or back-office support would be advantageous.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior contact center experience
  • Experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or back-office support
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and technology
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems and technology
