Key Responsibilities
As a part-time remote data entry associate, your duties will include:
- Receiving and putting away inventory in a timely and accurate manner
- Selecting, packing, and shipping orders with precision and care
- Loading boxes into trucks for shipment, ensuring that every order is delivered on time
- Using scanners to read bar codes on products, maintaining accurate records and tracking inventory levels
- Viewing prompts on screens and following directions for tasks, ensuring that every order is processed correctly
- Troubleshooting problems and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring that every product meets quality requirements, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality control
- Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and working at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)
Additional Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to:
- Lift up to 49 pounds, with the ability to push utility carts up to 60 pounds
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts, maintaining a high level of physical activity
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, ensuring efficient and safe movement of inventory
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable), working at heights up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
