Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service support to patients, providers, and communities, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
  • Guide the development and support of provider networks, fostering strong relationships and collaborations
  • Contribute to unit cost management activities through financial and network pricing modeling, analysis, and reporting
  • Identify opportunities for creative projects and self-growth, leveraging our Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Managed Medicaid products
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Proficiency in financial and network pricing modeling, analysis, and reporting (or willingness to learn)
