Key Responsibilities

  • Handling account and billing-related issues via multiple channels, including calls, chats, and emails, to ensure prompt and efficient resolution.
  • Providing detailed, customer-oriented service to arenaflex customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Acting as a single point of contact for customers to communicate with internal service teams, ensuring that arenaflex delivers a consistent and high-quality service.
  • Advocating for our customers, reporting and acting on observed areas for improvement to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Assisting with customer communication during critical launches and support events, ensuring that our customers are informed and supported throughout these processes.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams, including AWS Developer Support Reps, to resolve complex customer issues and ensure that our customers receive the best possible support.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent oral and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English, as well as demonstrated ability in effective customer handling, conflict resolution, and problem-solving. You should be proactive, take ownership of customer issues, and be motivated to delve into the details of systems or processes to effectively solve customer problems.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Demonstrated ability in effective customer handling, showcasing strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven capacity to take ownership and exhibit a proactive approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of work experience in customer service, customer management, or technical support.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with moderate skills in Excel (e.g., pivot, vlookup, etc.).
  • SQL skills for data analysis.
