Job Summary

We're seeking two Customer Support Agents to join our Artist Support team, covering evening shifts from 20:30pm to 02:30am. As a Customer Support Agent, you'll play a crucial role in delivering world-class service to our artists globally, assisting with bookings, account queries, equipment issues, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers via live chat, phone, and email, providing world-class service and support
  • Managing bookings and account queries, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues, working closely with our Ops team to resolve technical problems
  • Completing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Communicating equipment and estates issues to our Ops team, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Collaborating with the Artist Support team to provide exceptional customer service and support

What We're Looking For

We're seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals with a passion for customer service. If you have:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably within a high-volume call centre environment
  • A strong understanding of exceptional customer service principles, with a customer-first mentality
  • Prior experience working with audio equipment (ideally)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
