About the Data Entry Role

As a member of our team, the primary responsibility of this role is processing all incoming healthcare claim forms submitted by our clients. You'll digitize the claims using the designated format provided by arenaflex, ensuring the accurate input of all claim details while consistently meeting our established keystrokes per hour or words per minute targets. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be essential in this role. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless data entry and processing, while maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process incoming healthcare claim forms submitted by clients

  • Digitize claims using designated format provided by arenaflex
  • Ensure accurate input of all claim details
  • Meet established keystrokes per hour or words per minute targets
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data entry and processing
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency

Requirements:

* Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research

  • Good organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to problem-solve and work in a self-guided manner
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance-related field

  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) or practice management systems (PMS)
  • Certification in medical coding or billing (CCS, CPC, or CMC)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

Pay Transparency Laws:

* Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including location, experience, and performance

  • Estimated salary range for this role is $26,600-$33,250
