Experienced Inbound Sales Representative – Home Merchandise E-commerce

Job Summary:

As an Experienced Inbound Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, assisting customers in finding and purchasing their ideal products, and providing a world-class customer experience. You'll work in a virtual environment, handling approximately 40 calls per day, and will be expected to maintain a high level of productivity and customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day schedule will be available in our scheduling system, and you'll be required to be available for assigned break times, lunch times, team meetings, and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding and purchasing their ideal products

  • Contact item providers to obtain additional information that may not be available on the arenaflex website
  • Follow the assigned Sales Cycle and call stream, including testing questions, accepting deals, building compatibility, and upselling or strategically pitching products
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience by upselling or strategically pitching products that will support their primary purchase
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and customer satisfaction, meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Work in a virtual environment, using technology and performing multiple tasks to provide a first-rate customer experience
  • Participate in team meetings, selling challenges, and other aspects of our company culture
  • Be available for top season, which may require changed schedules and/or mandatory overtime

What You'll Need:

* Solid critical thinking skills and the ability to think logically while working in a high-speed environment

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in a call center/retail/virtual environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment, comfortable with technology, and maintain a high level of critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Open to learning and using software applications required for the job
  • Normal and consistent attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position
  • You are engaging and can use your personality to connect with others quickly
  • You advance suitable product solutions and influence customers to purchase from arenaflex
  • You are serious, have an optimistic attitude, and are open to change
  • You handle problems methodically and creatively
  • You thrive while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Determined to always make the best decision
  • Ability to maintain the required internet speed of at least 25 Mbps (download) and 5 Mbps (upload) to support voice traffic and HTTPS web traffic using a hard-wired Ethernet internet connection (no WiFi)
  • A workspace that is free from noise or distraction (arenaflex provides necessary computer hardware)
