Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Customer Support Associate – Live Chat (Remote / No Experience) at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat and email support. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate solutions. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and email, providing timely and accurate solutions to routine and complex issues

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless customer experiences
  • Provide sales links and offer discounts to customers as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer support skills and knowledge

* Basic English writing skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
