Job Summary

We're seeking two experienced customer support representatives to join our remote online support team. As a customer support representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and working closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless support ticket handling. This is a part-time/full-time position, with a flexible schedule that can be worked out between the two team members. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure listings and support tickets are handled in a timely manner
  • Manage and prioritize tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement process improvements and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products and services
  • Contribute to the development of our products and services, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and task management ability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer support experience, preferably in a remote or online environment

  • Experience working with overseas teams and managing cross-cultural communication
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
