As a Live Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll be assigned to a specific business and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via live chat, email, and electronic message boards. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Logging in to the business's website chat application and responding to customer messages promptly
  • Receiving comprehensive training on how to perform the job and respond to commonly asked questions
  • Working closely with a chat supervisor to resolve any queries or issues that may arise
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers to assist with product selection, identification, and troubleshooting
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with customers

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via live chat, email, and electronic message boards

  • Respond to customer messages promptly and accurately
  • Work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality
  • Collaborate with chat supervisors to resolve any queries or issues that may arise
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with customers

Essential Qualifications

* Basic English skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers

  • Reliable internet connectivity and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Minimum availability of 5 hours per week
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
