Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Live Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our merchants and delivery drivers, ensuring that we meet our exceptional SLAs, and driving quality and efficiency in our operations. This is a fully remote role, and you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the EST or CST time zone.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to merchants and delivery drivers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Proactively identify potential issues and implement mitigation tactics to prevent errors and failures
  • Develop and execute workflows to ensure exceptional quality and efficiency in our operations
  • Communicate trends and findings to the broader teams to improve our processes and drive continuous improvement
  • Develop a deep expertise in our product, processes, systems, and tools, and serve as a subject matter expert for our team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality and efficiency in our operations

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in Spanish is required

  • 1-2 years of work experience in a fast-paced customer service role
  • High School Diploma minimum; degree a plus
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, Atlassian, and Salesforce

  • Experience in a similar role in the industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* $20.00 per hour W2

  • 40 hours per week, Monday – Sunday, 8am – 6pm EST or CST
  • Strong potential to convert to a permanent role after 4+ months
