Farmers Insurance District Office of Chelsey Stecken is focused on developing future leaders and agency owners through their Agent in Training Program. This role is designed for professionals transitioning from various industries to gain hands-on experience in insurance sales and service while preparing for leadership opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Learn and apply insurance sales and service best practices
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and goals
- Present insurance solutions including auto, home, life, and health
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Support agency operations and day-to-day workflows
- Participate in coaching, training, and professional development
- Engage in community networking and relationship building
Skills
- Background in banking, finance, sales, customer service, or advisory roles preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable mindset with strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Commitment to ethical business practices
- Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses (or willingness to obtain—training provided)
