[Remote] Bilingual Contracting & Licensing Administrator (English/ Spanish)

Experior Financial Group Inc. is looking for a Bilingual Contracting Administrator (English/ Spanish) to become part of our rapidly growing team. This role involves building relationships with the sales team, processing contracting requests, and ensuring compliance with licensing documents.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with the sales team and assist with licensing and contracting inquiries
- Process contracting requests, ensuring they comply with our carrier, state and company guidelines
- Review licensing documents to ensure compliance with company as well as state regulations
- Propose improvements for processes and technology
- Complete additional tasks related to the contracting department as assigned by your manager
Skills
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English is required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities effectively
- Effective problem-solving and investigative skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, proactive, with a keen sense of ownership and initiative
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Must reside and be authorized to work in the USA
- Previous experience in office administration or contracting/licensing is a strong asset
- Experience in the insurance industry is a strong asset
