Key Responsibilities
* Provide superior service to customers who have purchased extended warranty contracts for wireless cell phone handsets.
- Listen to customers' concerns and show empathy while resolving their issues.
- Take the initiative to truly understand customers' current challenges, solve them, and use your expertise to proactively help them avoid future challenges.
- Participate in a robust paid training environment to learn the business, systems, policies, and most importantly, how to effectively engage and resolve customer challenges.
