Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Ability to efficiently prioritize work time to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Outlook
- Familiarity with multiple internet browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in knowledge performance metrics and developing them to drive development against key performance indicators
