Provide virtual one-on-one or group career counseling sessions via video, phone, or chat.

Help clients explore career options based on their skills, interests, and goals.

Guide clients in building professional resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.

Coach clients on job search strategies, interview preparation, and career transitions.

• *

Maintain confidential and up-to-date case notes for all sessions.

Deliver online workshops and webinars on topics like resume building, career planning, and personal branding.

Stay informed about job market trends, remote work opportunities, and industry-specific demands.

Collaborate with The Elite Jobs internal recruitment and support team to connect clients with active job opportunities.

Encourage and motivate clients through compassionate, empowering communication.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *

Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Social Work, or a related field (Masters preferred but not required).

• *

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• *

Excellent listening skills and empathetic approach to client needs.

• *

Comfortable with digital tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, and shared workspaces (e.g., Google Docs, Trello).

• *

Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical boundaries in a remote counseling environment.

• *

Proficient in creating and reviewing resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.

• Experience
• *

1–3 years of experience in career counseling, HR, coaching, teaching, or related areas preferred.

• *

Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for coaching are also encouraged to apply.

Experience in remote/virtual communication or teaching is an added advantage.

Flexible work schedule – choose between part-time (3–4 hours/day) or full-time (6–8 hours/day).
