Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in our data management and analysis team. You'll be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect and process large datasets from various sources, including internal databases, external data providers, and public datasets
- Clean, transform, and store data into a centralized data lake for future analysis and use
- Perform data mining and statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in accordance with arenaflex's data governance policies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data management and analysis
Essential Capabilities
* 2+ years of experience with R, Python, or SQL programming languages
- Experience with data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
- Familiarity with data governance policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Capabilities
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Experience with EMR/Health IT, disease libraries, and claims data sets
- Familiarity with clinical data principles, clinical terminologies, and ontologies
- Experience with Great Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance rules for real-world evidence (RWE) studies or clinical trials
- Experience with trial design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, and computational insights
- Understanding of machine learning and AI strategies, with a willingness to continue learning and developing new skills
