Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our airline, interacting with our domestic and international customers, supporting them with ticketing, baggage, and travel-related issues, while providing a friendly, professional, and confident service experience. You'll be the key to creating a memorable and enjoyable travel experience for our passengers, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers in a kind and helpful manner, building customer loyalty and commitment

  • Step up and anticipate customer needs, while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility
  • Work collaboratively with others, supporting your colleagues and helping them achieve success
  • Navigate challenges with consistency and adaptability, retaining composure and managing issues in a professional manner
  • Utilize technology to efficiently resolve customer issues and provide a seamless travel experience
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on airline policies, procedures, and technology

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
  • Able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
