About the Role

As a Senior Designer focused on Enroll, Recruit, and Local Group, you'll be part of a dynamic team that upholds all applications related to enlisting, recruiting, and onboarding representatives. This role is within the Worker Innovation Division, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert guidance and leadership on the design, development, and deployment of solutions within our customer base

  • Develop innovative solutions to business and technical challenges, creating and maintaining technical specifications, and anticipating and addressing issues that arise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Set the standard for exceptional work, leading by example and inspiring others to do the same
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in software development, data analysis, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the travel industry, with a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences

  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive business insights
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve exceptional results
