The Role
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with established standards, collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines, conducting regular quality checks on entered information, and maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive data. You will work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately input and manage data into our systems
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with established standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Conduct regular quality checks on entered information
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data
- Develop and maintain knowledge of data management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations
Required Skills
* Proven experience in data entry or related roles
- Excellent typing and keyboarding skills (minimum 60 wpm)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
