- A bachelor's and/or master's degree in education, psychology, or a related field
- Professional experience in one or more of the following areas
- Academic, ADHD, or Executive Function Coaching
- Special Education or School Counseling
- Mental Health Counseling, Therapy, or Social Work
- ABA, Educational Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech/Language Pathology
- Academic & Study Skills Tutoring

Job Responsibilities As a full-time coach, you will be responsible for
- Meeting with students for 30 hours of coaching sessions/week
- Connecting and collaborating with students and families to help them reach their goals
- Identifying + planning the most important topics to cover in students' sessions
- Communicating with parents about students' progress (by text, email, and phone)
- Checking in with students by text or email between sessions as needed
- Collaborating with teachers, counselors, tutors, and therapists, as needed
- Engaging in 1:1s, small groups, team meetings, and other continuing education sessions
- Performing various additional tasks as needed, to help support our team and families
Job Details This is a full-time hybrid W2 role based in Atlanta, GA. We are looking for coaches who are...
- Based in the Atlanta Metro area
- Able to meet with clients in person at least 3-4 days a week at our office locations in North Druid Hills and/or Roswell (the remaining 1-2 days would be virtual)
- Available to meet with clients after school and on weekends, including:
- Mondays - Thursdays (4 - 8 pm)
- Saturdays (10 am - 2 pm) or Sundays (10 am - 6 pm)
- Remaining hours would be flexible based on client needs (typically Mon-Thurs between 10 am and- 2 pm)
Salary: Starts at $50,000 / year, depending on qualifications and experience Benefits:
