In this role, you will be the face of our company, supporting customers by resolving inquiries, managing order creation and tracking, and ensuring delivery timelines align with customer expectations.

Overview of the Role

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be a strategic partner to our sales team by providing valuable account data and insights that support business growth. You will utilize various tools, such as BPO records, Spotfire, marketing platforms, and internal systems, to analyze and act on customer data. Your administrative support will include tracking LOA expirations, verifying contract renewals, and notifying customers of network changes or project impacts. You will also be responsible for managing order volume and timelines to meet sales team requirements, ensuring a seamless customer experience by escalating and resolving issues to meet commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Support Sales Strategy: Provide timely and accurate customer account insights to support sales strategy and drive business growth.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize tools such as BPO records, Spotfire, marketing platforms, and internal systems to analyze and act on customer data.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for account management, including:

+ LOA (Letter of Authorization) expiration tracking + Contract renewal verification and notifications + Customer notifications regarding network changes or project impacts

  • Order Management: Manage order volume and timelines to meet sales team requirements, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Escalate and resolve issues to meet commitments, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Revenue Reporting: Monitor and manage revenue reports to support retention of Total Incremental Billed Revenue (TIBR) for assigned accounts.
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) Analysis: Analyze NPS responses and lead internal action plans based on feedback.
  • Customer Experience Updates: Prepare and support customer experience updates for quarterly business reviews, including:

+ Order status + Account changes + Service tickets + Contract updates

  • Relationship Management: Maintain relationships aligned with any non-standard customer agreements or terms.
  • Churn Mitigation: Contribute to churn mitigation efforts by documenting actions and updating system records.
  • Weekly Customer Connect Calls: Capture and document key discussion points from weekly customer connect calls into the Connect Case system.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues.

  • Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • CRM Experience: Experience with CRM tools and customer support systems is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess attention to detail and a customer-first mindset to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
