Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our remote team on a 90-day contract basis, with the potential to become a long-term full-time role. As a Full-Time Virtual Assistant – Chat Support & Content Editor, you'll be responsible for: ### Key Responsibilities

  • Log into Tawk AI and Apollo to access and edit the back-end chat system, ensuring that every response is revised for the best possible answer.
  • Review months of past customer chats and AI responses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Improve weak responses by rewriting, expanding, or clarifying where needed, and adding new answers for unaddressed topics.
  • Upload forms and documents that customers need during specific inquiries, focusing on step-by-step, process-based responses.
  • Update content related to recent policies, such as residency legislation, to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Utilize the Tawk AI improvement dashboard to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate daily with managers in Asana to confirm updates and align priorities.

### Ideal Candidate We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant with: #### Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent written English skills, with a clear, friendly, and process-driven tone.
  • Experience with chat platforms, including Tawk.to, Apollo, Intercom, Zendesk, and others.
  • Familiarity with editing chatbot content and uploading documents/forms.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and stay highly responsive throughout the day.
  • Previous success working remotely in a U.S.-based role.

#### Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SaaS tools or dashboards, with a fast learning curve and confidence in using new technologies.
  • A strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer support and content editing expertise.

### Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Time
