Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Retail Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through:

• Creating a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate transactions and/or orders, and recording information accurately to inform future improvements to customers' shopping experiences
• Meeting customers' needs, solving problems independently, and recognizing when to escalate to a manager
• Building loyalty by ensuring a positive customer journey during the blithequark shopping experience
• Building emotional connections through meaningful and empathetic interactions with customers
• Providing customers with a simple and efficient handout experience when scheduled in Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), and offering and selling services to customers during the handover process when needed
• Providing the customer with a simple and smooth returns and exchange experience, while collecting high-quality data for follow-up when scheduled in returns

Job Type and Benefits

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of sales or customer service experience (preferably in a retail environment)
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
